NICK ELLIS, beast mode at Biffs Gym /Yukon. OK

NICK ELLIS, rising bodybuilder . Here he is interviewing at Biffs Gym on 718 ,Mustang rd in Yukon Oklahoma, (who is sponsoring him also) for these photos and interview. 

Nick has been working out since 14 , he's now 31, (2012) is a BSN sponsored rep, and has competed in competitions, Such as the Red River and Europa where he has placed 3d (for the third time.) Nick is taking a year off to gain mass and train for a higher weight class in his next competition. (see him in the FLEXXFACTORY chest workout video).

After serving in the military 9 yrs prior, Nick trains to become a pro bodybuilder in the near future.

Nick is aware that his tattoos are a major part of his presence , especially when his shirt is off during competition. He says he has to be more cut , more defined on stage because of his tattoos he got during his military years. 

He says one the hardest parts of bodybuilding is the first time dieting. You don't know that much about the carbs or proteins , you don't know what's happening to your body and feelings , but STICK WITH IT, IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT ONSTAGE!. Well said. VIDEO INTERVIEW HERE

As you can hear, Nick is an excellent spokesman. He is articulate and  communicates his thoughts easily and smoothly. This interview, and following workout videos, were taken in 2011, and BEAST MODE muscle is looking forward to updating the readers and fans of his progress!
